Shipping Policy

Your order can be shipped directly to you or your company through courier.

About your shipment

Once you place the order, we initiate procurement and assembly of machine. We focus to ship the machine before the lead time given to the customer. Generally, we take 15-20 working days to deliver the machine.
Regardless of shipment method, you will receive an order confirmation email that will advise you of the estimated shipment date on your order.

Delivery and Service Delays

Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Tracking your package

If you have provided your email address we will send you a ship confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.

Return Policy

During transportation if machine gets damage due to mishandling, then either company will send technicians to repair the machine or take it back and send new one.

*client needs to report about the damage within two days of delivery of machine. If client reports after two days, it won’t be considered for return.
